What will happen on my first visit? 

On the first treatment there will be a consultation, that will involve a medical questionnaire and a discussion to ensure that you will receive a massage treatment to suit you. All details of the consultation will remain confidential and only be used in relation to your treatment. There is no charge for the consultation.

The treatment will take place in a private room. Although you will need to take off most clothing for a back, shoulder or leg massage, your underwear is kept on. Towels will be used to cover the area that is not being worked on.  

While you change the therapist will leave the room and wait for you to cover yourself with a large towel before re-entering. At all times throughout the massage you will be covered with towels with only the area being worked with left uncovered.

Oils are used during the massage and a nut-free alternative is available for people with nut allergies.

Areas of your body that can be worked on are:-

  • Head, face and neck
  • Back and shoulders
  • Arms
  • Hands
  • Legs
  • Feet

 Once the massage has ended an extra blanket will be draped over you, allowing time for you to wake up. The therapist will leave the room while you dress, before offering after care advice to maximise the positive effects of the treatment. 

All treatments are unique, they are adapted to suit each individual client

 

Cancellation policy

Please provide us with a 24 hours cancellation notice for your appointment. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellations charge of 50% of the treatment. A full fee will be imposed for a 'no show'.
